I have no cons about the company, just about the bad economy of Rio de Janeiro these days.

The salary payment was made on the correct date.

The company was not worried about the conditions of the employees. We were allocated to the clients and we stayed the same. There was no talent management policy and outsourcing made wages low compared to the market.
