Feeling of senior,junior isn't promoted. Everyone calls each other by name. Comparatively better annual salary increment as compared to other companies A lot of opportunity of learning new technologies and working on same. Company isn't stick to old technologies, you are free to use things to be more productive Office timing is of your choice Seniors are so welcoming and helpful Monthly and Weekly knowledge sharing session are very beneficial for people who is interested in learning new technologies

Nothing as such which needs to be mentioned. But recently there have been few projects which had very less timeline.
