Lack of floor support.
Managers are generally nice and friendly, but, can develop a harsh and negative attitude if approached on a "bad day".
Long hours for little pay.
The job itself is grim, a lot of knowledge to be learnt which the training periods do not cover to the extent it should be. Almost learn everything on the job.
For the job itself I would've expected a higher wage due to the expectations of the client and the type of call queries received.
