Pros

Pros are very little other than it a check but you can make more elsewhere.

Cons

There only are concerned with filling a sit. They call management "leadership" nd to be honest that more of an insult rather than a JOKE. Mind there are some good sups there but for the most part its a sad case. U as a person don't amount to a bag of beans...As one member put it "You're just another MONKEY in the seat".. and its true.. The clients come in and inspect you like you're a field hand...its sad but after a point you start caring less and less bout them members cause so many unskilled, caring, and unprofessional agents dont do their jobs and management just allows BS to happen over and over again...If people TRULY knew how their health insurance companies operated they should file a lawsuit ....

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
