Pros
Growing and changing. Doing a lot of hiring, with potential to move up to supervisor levels quickly, or move to other departments or divisions within the same call center. Interesting call center work.
Cons
It's definitely a young workplace. Most agents here are in the 20s, maybe their 30s. Which is great for them, but not so great if you're over 30. Classroom agent training simply does not adequately cover the most basic things you need to know in your job, such as the technical functions of the devices you're troubleshooting for customers.
