Dishonesty, they tell you one thing in training and then it changes on the job. They continuously change the metrics to get you to take more calls. Customers emotionally dump on you. Horrible IT problems. I don't think I worked a full 40 hr week in the last 2 months of my employment because they had awful IT issues. Management was not even experienced taking calls but they were scoring me on them. They were not trained on products. Don't take this job unless you are desperate, and even then, set a time frame for yourself to get out. It's exhausting, your body is constantly in survival mode and all I could do on my time off was lay around because I was so fried. Please know that they advertise benefits but they don't pay for anything. The prices of insurance are basically the same as you going to marketplace.
