Pros
Work from home - but going back on site by March. You meet good people. It's easy to move up, but is it worth it?
Cons
Management is horrible. No one values your opinion. You get walked on and talked down to. Teleperformance asks for so much but pays so little; it's not enough for people who live in expensive states. You're not appreciated - work somewhere for someone who appreciates you, this company does not appreciate their people. They DO NOT pay for your technical issues and expect you to clock out and deal with it on your own time. I work in a different state than my colleagues, and they feel the same. When you're in a higher role, they preach that you're great but don't give any recognition. No bonuses. No overtime - depends on your LOB but rare that they allow it. You'll get in trouble if you clock in early, even if its only 2 minutes. Teleperformance is actually on the BOTTOM of third party call centers for USAA and they're close to not being allowed to renew their contract, literally just had a meeting with the director of TP and he said that so it's serious.
