Pros

Not really much, you can plan your days kind of yourself working from home can therefore be chill.

Cons

- micromanagement - you are just a number, they do not care about you at all, alive or death they really couldn't care less (you can almost take this literally) - very repetitive job (read all day everyday doing the same thing) - you don't really learn anything - it is not at all about learning, developing or helping, but all more of a point system for self-interest - There is an immense turnover of employees, hardly anyone works there for more than a year, everyone is only there for a few months - the pay is not at all commensurate with the cost of living in the city (mainly the rent, which is absurd ...

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
