Pay was messed up and never got reimbursed after several emails. Rude management, horrible customers calling in threatening you and degrading you and being told to just deal with it until they hang up. No freedom to go to the bathroom except on a very strict break schedule and being told to just hold it or clean it up on break. Expected to do additional training and check emails between calls that never stop. You don’t get any time between calls as it’s constant and as soon as you clock in you better be on the phone within minutes or you lose bonus. Also the only reason they have so many good reviews is because they ask employees to rate them good for perks. It’s all a lie
