Horrible enforced "promotions" where you will end up taking on much, much more work and stress for little or no reward. Borderline illegal renumeration strategy, with EVERYONE on the same role on different pay, and forbidden by contract to disclose their renumeration. Useless training - "at least it's time off the phones" is a typical comment from staff. Massive turnover of staff, with no thought from management to address this. Inadequate equipment and systems maintenance by non existent IT department. Poor pay, staff doing the same job direct for the client company get much better conditions and pay. Holiday booking system unworkable, leading to staff block booking every weekend at the start of the year, so difficulties booking more than a few days off at a time. Tick box attitude to staff welfare. No coaching. No prospects. Low staff morale.
