I really appreciate the work and team culture in this company. It supports its employees to grow and continuously innovate.

Although the salary may not seem very high, there are many allowances and benefits provided.

There are a lot of pros. They have great career opportunities, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, and great core values.

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. Everyone has a load of work to do. It is a challenge that I enjoy.
