Pros
Fast paced workflow, top tier projects, extremely high caliber of work output. As much collaboration as needed, rarely feel micromanaged or abandoned. Friday social "trailer meetings". Various social events sponsored by company. Neither wasteful nor stingy.
Cons
Sometimes feels overloaded / understaffed. Preparing for some changes, so understandable. Not as much creative interaction between editors on the same projects as I'd like. Skews a bit male-heavy.
