Pros
Sales commissions and fiduciary professionalism This company conducted an open house to get new hires but requires scheduling of a pre-Florida insurance licensing class, scheduling of the actual Florida 215 insurance sales licensing exam, and then scheduling to begin a brief training class for Medicare and Medigap enrollment of senior citizens
Cons
Phone sales w/o direct contact It requires approximately a month or longer before a licensed agent can begin any work. All of the licensing and testing requirements are paid by TZ Insurance but the other costs to attend and report for their requirements are incurred by the applicant. Then after the grueling 4 or 5 day cram for the state exam and other training, you are notified that there may be a problem with the background check which prevents agent appointment by TZ Insurance and other states. With pay periods only on the 15th and 30th of the month, an applicant can be required to study and prepare for three tests or more before getting paid for their time, effort, and commitment
