Pros
Great access to contracts and work nationwide, I never had trouble finding work where I wanted to be. Many of their execs are on boards for major utilities or were in frats with their execs so you can elbow your way past fair competition and have a job and work where you want.
Cons
All profit and very short term thinking at that. The worst is the immigration replacement. I was directed to hire H1B immigrants and directly told to underpay them and not give them too many raises compared to our great P&C engineers. For sweet justice I was laid off for my position 'being eliminated' but they're still hiring H1Bs cause margins demand and they're owned by some crooked private equity. They didn't even pay me through the end of the week after years of service and making them a ton of money. blood sucking backstabbers.
