The transformation of TRIMEDX since the inception of TowerBrook and Henry Hummel is nothing short of tragic.
The company is unrecognizable. The lefthard does not know what the right is doing. Human Resources has left in the masses leaving no one! Look at the job postings and you’ll see all the jobs. This isn’t growth! This is filling existing positions where the predecessors jumped ship!
IT has become “Little Kohl’s” as the leadership team has been recruited by non other than the CIO, who came from Kohl’s. If you aren’t an ex Kohl’s employee or work for one of the Ex Kohl’s leadership there is no hope for growth. Clear favoritism and old boys club. TRIMEDX didn’t have an old boys club in IT until The CIO brought his boys with him.
Majority of leadership was recruited out of state and live and work remotely. Seldom see their faces, just periodical emails and the visit once a month. So much for supporting the local workforce.
The environment is dull, dingy and depressing. The turnover is not shocking but the numbers are. To save money not all positions are refilled, additional work and responsibilities are placed on remaining employees. This is what a company meltdown looks like.
