If you want to be underpaid and under appreciated while being micromanaged then this is the place for you. Claims family is first but has been forcing employees to work in office so they can micromanage when everyone’s jobs have work from home capabilities. If you are a women, forget getting a higher up position unless you plan on granting the sleazy execs “favors”. If you are a person of color? Forget ever getting past entry level. Have a degree and know what you are doing? Forget getting that promotion if someone else is a white male who says “yes” no matter the question. Think you have any form of job security? Nope. They will fire you for looking sideways at the wrong person. AVOID this company and it’s high turnover rate at all costs.
