Pros
I recently returned to TRT after taking some time away. One of the main reasons for my departure was the desire for a better work-life balance. During my time away, I looked for opportunities that offered a similar salary to what I had at TRT, but I found that no company could match the compensation TRT provided, especially considering my limited experience. Additionally, I realized that I still require career development, and TRT is the best place for me to grow professionally. They were willing to hire me with limited experience, and I truly believe they can help me develop my skills further.
Cons
One challenge is that once you develop a high level of professionalism at TRT, it can become difficult to work with individuals who do not meet the same standard of professionalism.
