      Pros

      Great coworkers, the only reason I have stayed as long as I have. Medical, dental, vision and 401k are okay.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible. Only care about making more money for shareholders and their own pay/bonuses. Employees are just "belly buttons"

      Great work culture, everyone knows each other and the management is transparent and accessible.

      Not many disadvantages, maybe a little understaffed so lots of work to pick up.
