Wages are terrible for the work load of travelers 5000 to 8000 a shift. Benefits are not better then the private sector, employee morale is terrible from management to tso's. Sad really such a drag. 30 percent turn over rate. A union which can not discuss wages? You would think that a fedral job would pay a wage which is fair to the cost of living? Safety? Yha right. It is a front. Work there you will learn. To much drama and mad crowds for low wages.
