Pros
Good entry-level job for the government but that's it. I started looking at just under a year of working here and got a much better job.
Cons
No guarantees raises like other government jobs and you're treated like dirt. They have an issue keeping people so you'll most likely be short staffed and instead of fixing the issues that make people leave, they just hire others. Specifically at the Cincinnati location: they have a few toxic individuals that management won't do anything about since they're already short staffed. People not following Standard Operating Procedure and being annoyed you do, spreading rumors, counting how long you take on a break etc. Not to mention the culture is very unprofessional; people telling you about their porn videos online, using slurs, talking behind each other's back and then being best friends in person. I could go on but honestly the worst part is the nepotism and inconsistent rules. People getting lead positions because they're well liked by management and maybe not best qualified and people with tattoos on their face.
