Pros
The benefits are definitely a plus. Especially since you get them starting day one.
Cons
the management don't know how to lead and train and the training department is a joke. The year evaluations can cost you your job and they are constantly making changes that they say are for your benefit but they just cause headaches and end up messing with your paycheck.
