Pros
Decent pay for the task preformed. you get benifits, they're not the best, but certainly not the worst. from day one you start earning paid time off, as well as a separate sick leave balance. plenty of opportunity for advancement if your heart desires.
Cons
All start off part time, about 20 hours per week. It takes a long time to gain seniority for better days off. different supervisor personalities will bug you. the traveling public can be really mean, and not understanding at all.
