The work is relatively simple and easy, Actual working conditions are fair and the coworkers are great.
Cons
Management at Charlotte is atrocious. This is the least qualified group I've worked with in my 20 plus years of working. Petty, vindictive and just outright mean, sole purpose is to run off the senior employees.
