Pros
The people I worked with from the US were great for the most part. And it was a decent physical environment to work in.
Cons
All real power and decisions are made out of China, which can take days longer than it should. Also, if you're not a Chinese national, or at least have native fluency in Mandarin, get used to being treated like an idiot, even when you prove that you're right. No matter how good your ideas, if they're not put forward by one of the Chinese staff members, they will almost certainly be ignored. Also, no matter how under market your salary is in the US, they will replace you with someone from China willing to do your job for half what you were getting paid, even if they don't do the same level of work that you did.
