Cons
During the recession, we went for years without raises. We lost many perks, and the cafeteria sadly shut down. The smaller department I worked for was overlooked when we received our upgraded titles and pay. It was only once we spoke up and started asking questions that the company was willing to extend us the same upgrades as they had extended to everyone else.
