Company doesn´t evaluate their employees, neither optimizes the tasks/workforce (there is no working philosophy at all, at all levels). HR department doesn't care at all about any concerns raised by employees, neither seeks to identify issues or unconformities. Lack of communication and organization between departments and even within the same department is almost unexistant. All decisions shall undergo high level (corporate) validation, which slows down business processes a lot. There is no investment in any tools meant to enhance the company processes, or in other words, way of working is quite obsolete and it doesnt look like it will change in the near future, and this affects a lot to the projects progress. Most of the workers have a lot to say about the company but fear of reprisals is always there.
