This company is running like a circus! You have your marketing dept dressing up horribly, wearing ill fitting clothes, sneakers and to top it off wearing cap to work, The rest of us have to comply to proper dressing while the marketing dept wearing whatever they like, denim on denim, short dress and skirt. We don't have dress down Friday policy, but marketing dept dress like it is dress down Friday every single day. You have your management promising you this and that, run.. because it is just empty vessels making noise.
