      Pros

      Almost guaranteed Monday to Friday work schedule. As long as you work hard you will get along with the drillers and other employees.

      Cons

      Business is poorly managed. No certifications or licenses provided whatsoever. It took me leaving for them to even consider or reach out about growth opportunities. Low per diem for travel and little to no notice before having to go out of town.

      Pros

      Family owned and operated. Great culture and long-standing trusted relationships with clients.

      Cons

      They service the entire Midwest, so travel will be expected, but not necessarily a "con" if looking for an opportunity with OT potential.
