Pros
It is a job. There are decent people in the company you can work with and learn from.
Cons
Absolutely no perks, no sick days, and days off is a joke. You can work hard all you want, but there is no advancement. Management will make you think they are working for your advancement, but they will hire from outside someone above you, and will not promote from within. Salary and bonus is a joke (please do not get me started on raise). No consistency across the spectrum when it relates to safety. There is a mere training and no follow-up on if the proper procedures are being followed. Employees with a lot of knowledge base, experience and loyalty to the company are getting laid off. They will save money on the short run, but the company will loose a lot a good talent in the long run.
