Pros
Overall a good company. Interesting engineering work. Typical week is 40 hours for salary staff, but see below. Non production Fridays (when they weren't cancelled). Benefits are decent, but not outstanding. A lot of security at most facilities, because of all the defense related work.
Cons
Non production Fridays frequently cancelled (a typical year saw half of them canceled). Mandatory unpaid overtime where engineers are expected to work on the factory floor (not doing engineering work) is frequent at the end of month, and gets really bad in the 4th quarter (sometimes weekend work becomes mandatory, which is again unpaid for salaried engineers.) The big con here is pay. Although I enjoyed my time at TTM, as the years went on and engineering salaries continued to reach new heights, the gap between what TTM paid versus other companies eventually became too great to ignore.
