Pros
Clean place, very diverse work force. In fact only higher management is white, the rest are all colored people.
Cons
Bad Pay, bad managers, bad HR Dept., very poor company culture, very racist & sexist, very diverse work force (only higher management is white). The take advantage of new comers to the country and pay them peanuts for back breaking work.
