Pros
Nice people. My direct manager is willing to share and teach if you have the desire to learn. Nice office environment. I personally do not get involved into office politics, so I do not feel like having problems with it.
Cons
Paid is in lower end of the market. Computers and MS suite are too old... Bureaucracy is the hindrance for innovation and progression here. Career progression is slow.
