Disrispectful Management - EHS Supervisor TTM Technologies Employee Review

Super old facility. Plant manager is impossible to deal with. He will get mad at people for following his directions if the outcome isn’t good and will deny that he told you to do something. He belittles people in front of others constantly. He has no concept of time, he’ll say meetings need to have hard stops, but then will make a 15 minute meeting 45 minutes because he needs to berate someone. Lots of weekend work. Overworks people. Assigns duties that people aren’t qualified for and gets mad when they aren’t able to do them right. Something ain’t right with the guy, wasn’t loved as a child or something.
