Pros
--'Casual' basis of scheduled days at the 'Tim Horton's field' stadium --There is not 'much of a learning curve' to overcome and as of this typing, an encouraging and accomadating staff/team to work with --Can eat during work; a full shift is $100.00 plus $14.00 for each hour of 'overtime'
Cons
-- Given the nature of the events the staff attends to at Tim Horton's field, the dishwashing can continue on well into the past midnight/twillight hours; as of typing there has been this reoccuring pattern of the 'handle-able'/'moderate difficulty' of the intake of cookware to wash before 9 .p.m. . After which, the repetition of the work is applied onto ample quantities which are taken up, not only in terms of 'in kitchen cookware' but particularly what is gathered from the 'suite' areas can make for the substantial amounts exceeding well into midnight. In my opinion, aside from possibly adapting to/with 'irregular wating habits' this is a possible 'dealbreaker' for more experienced dishwashers and/or those who are open to trying out night shifts.
