The whole concept for phase 2 feels incomplete and the work focus many teams does not match with the overall objective. Mismanagement in phase 1 has trigger the National Research Foundation (NRF), which is funding TUM Create, to cut the travel budget and welfare addons. Teams are hardly cooperating with each other and you must be lucky to see your work implemented in a greater context.
