Pros
The atmosphere is pretty laid back. Some departments have tremendous room for growth, but others do not. Good salary, benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation.
Cons
I wish I was challenged more. The pace is also a bit too slow for my liking. Other than that, it's a good place to work.
