Pros
plenty of down time when you aren't called in for a service request, they don't include lunch break deductions you get paid for every hour, manages are super chill and willing to answer every question to the best of their abilities, very lenient with time just as long as you follow up with protocol, and you are able to have a life outside of work, you work in each hospital individually so nobody is ever on your back about how to work
Cons
pay is too low and bi-weekly, they don't inform you about a change until the day of, pay too low, you will have to deal with plenty of senile and dysfunctional patients but their old and damaged so try to understand the aggression being exerted, pay too low, some of your co workers you will rarely see are idiots bear with them because seldom will they cross your path.
