Competitive pay. Great work culture. Good adherence to company values. Very high level of competence at all levels. Great growth opportunities (though primarily in procurement)
Cons
Niche in terms of its scope (procurement is the overwhelming majority of projectwork). A little challenging for international hires since its more oriented towards German-speaking clients (though there are earnest efforts by management to change that)
