Pros
This is a business that really invests in its employees and genuinely cares about work-life balance. The people are highly motivated, enthusiastic and produce excellent work. There's a lot of transparency around company values, financials and long-term sustainability. Lunch is prepared every day by an in-house chef and it is excellent.
Cons
It's a consultancy, so that can mean shifting between a lot of projects in short timeframes. The company is actively working to become more diverse but still has a ways to go.
