      Opportunity to work on some incredible projects, benefits are great, and the staff is generally quiet friendly.

      Cons

      Poor project management and leadership skills. Overtime is common, scope of work changes often, management has no interest in empowering their staff to perform.

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
