Pros
I have been working for TZA for 20 years. During my years at TZA, I have been given many opportunities for both lateral and upward career development. TZA does expect you to work hard but if you apply yourself, you will be recognized. The owners over the years have treated me to bottles of my favorite wine, gift cards, gift baskets, bonuses and even a trip to Mexico. I love that TZA offers excellent work-life balance as the company is now 100% remote and has early out Fridays.
What makes TZA great for me is the people I work with. The employees at the company are smart, fun and genuinely care about each other. I have been fortunate to work alongside many wonderful people during my time at TZA but I will say that the current Directors that I work alongside are amazing individuals; I learn something new from each one of them every day.
Over the last 20 years, I have seen many changes at TZA. Including how the company has taken huge strides in how it values its employees. I am excited about the new direction this company has taken and look forward to being part of the TZA’s future success.
Cons
Smaller company so benefits are not going to match what larger companies may offer however I know the owner is constantly seeking to improve benefits as the owners of the company use the same benefits as employees.
