Sloppy management. Can’t believe they are still in business. Very deceptive business practices going on here. They charge the customer right away knowing very well they do not have the products on hand. Website says nothing about this when customers order. I have seen many orders take more than a month to ship. I have also seen many orders never ship and no refund to customers
