      Actual physical job not rocket science. Great pay for management.

      Cons

      Great pay comes with unexpected challenges and unrealistic expectations. Don't let the pay fool you. The one owner is amazing and down to earth, the other will have you gone in 2 seconds if you fail his crazy expectations. You never feel safe with your job security. Run and run fast. Go somewhere else.
