-I had a short span at Taglr, but it was indeed a memorable one. The environment is cheerful and vibrant as most of the employees are young and dynamic. The management is supportive especially the HR team, and despite me leaving in a short time, they provided their full support and gave me a lovely farewell. An excellent company to launch your career and be a part of a revolution that they are trying to achieve in the field of shopping.
- Saturday, Sundays off creates a healthy work-life balance.
-No pressure from management as long as you are performing your task on time.
-You are allowed to make mistakes but make sure you correct it.
Cons
- Lack of highly experienced people, but it works in favor as you get to deal with work-related queries on your own.
- Recently they adopted a strict 9 hours routine, but that's fair enough.
