Pros

Working at Talaria has been an awesome experience. The company is growing fast, and it feels good to be part of something that’s actually making an impact. The work keeps you on your toes, but the team is solid and always willing to help out. There’s a real sense of teamwork and trust here. Leadership really sets the tone—in particular, the CEO. He’s hands-on, approachable, and genuinely cares about the people here. You can tell he’s building something long-term and wants everyone to win. It’s rare to find that kind of leadership in a fast-growing company. Talaria also has a lot of respect for people’s backgrounds, especially those from law enforcement or military, and it shows in how professional and secure everything runs. It’s rare to find a place that moves this fast but still keeps its values straight. If you’re looking for a place where your work means something and the team feels like a real unit, Talaria’s where you want to be.

Cons

Sometimes the fast pace can feel overwhelming, but it also keeps things exciting.

Pros

Other than a very small amount of employees (none of which make decisions) there are NONE.

Cons

There are a lot. Let's start with the CEO who rules by fear and gets his results by way of attrition. If there is a stronger word for toxic then that would be the word to describe the culture. The sheer volume of employees coming and going during my time there was staggering. It seemed we were being introduced to new team members every two weeks and many of them in leadership. Good people have been turned into puppets who only stay because their misplaced loyalty gets them large paychecks and bonuses. It was very sad to watch and I don't hold any grudge towards those people. Also don't fall for the rags to riches story of how the CEO grew this from nothing. He is a silver spooner playing with house money. By the way, the positive reviews posted were all solicited. There were emails sent out asking employees to post.
