      Pros

      Few, product has potential, worked with some great colleagues, most of those now left too, can be generous but only for the chosen few and that rarely lasts long.

      Cons

      Lie to their employees and their customers, product has potential but execs think they know better than their customers and always know better than their staff, but they dont, terrible management and no leadership and lie to customers and staff. Very fickle and huge egos.

      Pros

      Mass amounts of learning and development available. Getting to work on cutting edge technology that pushes the envelope is inspiring. The staff is amazing and it truly feels like I work with my best friends.

      Cons

      Change happens often, as it does with most products, so you have to be able to roll with it. People who are adverse to a lot of change may not like this.

      Pros

      Talent Rover is in every way a "startup." Growth for the company and individual is on an insanely aggressive track. Our founders and subsequent leadership have done a great job at instilling and sustaining a fantastic culture - my coworkers are my family - which is important when the hours get long and work gets stressful. The opportunity to be intellectually stretched and challenged is unparalleled. Talent Rover is not a company for any type of stagnation and provides an extraordinarily unique step in any career path.

      Talent Rover is in every way a "startup." Hours can be long, stress exists; Talent Rover is a young, growing company.
