Pros

nothing at all. not a single learning rather continues issues faced in frequent solving issues with leaders on platforms being built called canvas almost every client i managed started using their own ATS and other tools from different companies worked for 2+ Years rather then focusing on clients for a win-win. still working on fixing the UI for their platforms.

Cons

One of the worst scam companies you can work for (ANSR / TALENT500) when they are done with your work they will point at unnecessary cheap ways to remove people. If they lay off they have rules and extra salaries to follow they feel it effects investments, new clients etc. Don't fall for the scam fight for the right of you have done your job. Be careful everyone. If you get another offer go for it. save your future jobs other companies are not even looking at your profile if you have worked with ansr. It's year end and alot of people are being asked to leave from back door in silence. Now i am getting threat and stating my life will be very difficult for writing reviews on google and glassdoo
