      Pros

      I have enjoyed working with my recruiter, he is very honest and helpful and he found me an amazing opportunity.

      Cons

      The on-boarding process was terrible! Nothing was laid out well or explained and it took a week to get it all completed because there was so much back and forth. The most frustrating process!!! If I hadn't been so excited about my assignment, I would have walked away just from the on-boarding process.

The bulk of our onboarding is to maintain compliance with everything our client require include confidentiality, NDA, drug check, brackground check, etc. I am sorry you were frustrated.       Pros

      They give you tips on resume, interview, and follow ups to stand out as a job candidate for any contract role they submit you for.

      Cons

      Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.

      The team was ready to assist with onboarding and made it a smooth process once I accepted the job offer

      Cons

      No benefits beyond 401K (but that may be different for others depending on their contract)
