Blame workers when management decisions go wrong, ignore recommendations from their hired professional staff on resoulutions to save fines, penalties...overall, some members of the management are arrogant and others follow blindly.

Cons
Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.
