As the founder of this business, I want to personally acknowledge this review. While we respect the right to share opinions, this is one of several comments from the same former employee, who was with us for a short period and departed under difficult circumstances.
Most business owners will relate to the experience of someone leaving their organisation without taking accountability for their own behaviour. Unfortunately, this review reflects that pattern. While we will not go into individual detail, I want to make clear that this person’s conduct did not align with our values, and that is ultimately why they are no longer part of our business.
We are proud of the culture we’ve created — one rooted in accountability, kindness, and collaboration — and we remain focused on protecting that for the benefit of our clients, team, and wider community.
Our business has grown consistently year on year. We are commercially strong, not for sale, and continue to build long-standing relationships with clients who trust us for the quality of our work and the integrity of our people.
We believe in being human first. Life can be challenging enough without causing intentional harm or distress to others. This sort of behaviour — driven by personal grievance rather than constructive intent — can be damaging, and it has no place in a values-led organisation.
